Fishing has still been tough with some days being easy and others requiring hard work for a couple of fish. Best bets have been backtrolling plugs and backbouncing roe, especially with the wind of late. The Red Bluff Dam has been opened and should move the fish. The count was over 1100 on the final day it was counted which is a great sign.
