Well the story throughout the state is no water!! Here in Chico we have not gotten any measurable rain in the month of January. The Sacramento River is low and without the needed rain just a few reports of anglers scoring on oversized Sturgeon. The Feather has been producing some decent Steelheading. Almost all the caostal rivers are barely fishing right now due to low and clear conditions. They really need some rain up there!!
