King Salmon fishing on the Sacramento River continues to be tough. There seem to be plenty of fish in the system now but the bite has not been easy as of late especially with the wind. Today we faced north winds in excess of 40 mph!! Best bets have been either backbouncing roe or backtrolling plugs. Dragging bait has not been an option due to windy conditions.
