Sacramento River Salmon fishing has remained unchanged. Sorry for the lack of reports, but there has not been much to talk about. It appears the late season push we had all hoped for is not developing. The river is extremely low right now. There is a good storm forecasted for next week and if it dumps as much rain as the weather man predicts, we might get enough water to get a good push of fish into the system. Right now there are fish in the system just not many. Now through the end of the season is when the big boys usually show up and more often than not, the biggest fish of the year are caught during this time. If you have the patience and are willing to put in the time, this is the time for the wall hanger!! Especially this year as the fish have been big overall!!

We had a great time with Keith...and Buster of course! Keith is very patient and an excellent teacher. His boat is very neat and organized and he was prepared with a small arsenal to ensure our trip was successful. I highly recommend Tail Chasers Fishing Guide Service.
