Sacramento River Salmon Fishing ended today and we went out with a bang. After a foggy, freezing cold morning, Randy Cunningham of Chico CA caught a dime bright 33lb buck. The fish took a K16 Kwik Fish and after about an honest 20 minute battle the fish was in the net. It still had scales on it!! We then hooked into and landed a 25lb river anchor with a nice new plug attached to it! The fate of next year remains to be seen, but early indications are not good for a Salmon season. Thanks to all for your continued support and have a safe and happy New Year!!
