Fishing on the Sacramento River for King Salmon was actually not bad for this time of year. Most boats are able to put fish in the box with the occassional skunk being reported. But for this time of year, the numbers are not bad overall. The fish I have seen caught are beautiful chrome fish! This latest rain should help as it doesn’t appear to pack enough punch to cloud up the river too bad and with only a week left the forecast is for good weather so hopefully we’ll get that 50lber yet!!!
