Striper fishing in the Colusa area of the Sacramento River has begun to catch some steam. Almost all boats are catching fish, mostly schoolie sized 4-6 lbs. Everything seems to be working, trolling, bait and minnows. The fish still seem to be scattered throughout the system, but once you find them they are willing to bite!!
